About Z_One Lazio
Z-One Lazio is the parallel closed-end AIF of Z-One, managed by Eureka! Venture SGR. It co-
invests pari passu (50/50) with the Z-One main fund in early-stage companies based in Lazio,
filling the funding gap at the pre-seed and validation stages, where private capital is scarce.
The fund invests through pre-seed TIckets and follow-on TIckets in the best-performing
companies, and it reserves capital to defend ownership in later rounds.
Each investee joins a startup support program run by Zest.
The fund aims to strengthen the regional innovation ecosystem, attract talents from Italy and Europe,
and drive local growth and qualified employment,
in line with the Lazio RIS3 strategy and the EU STEP platform.

They must be less than five years old or about to be incorporated, have an operating office in Lazio and at least one operating founder based in the region, and have a growth plan that increases local employment.
